The Housekeeping Manager for the Royal Sonesta Hotel with a housekeeping staff of 65+ employees, 483 guest rooms, 15,000 square feet of public space and six Food & Beverage outlets, I am an eager, down-to-earth leader with an interest in developing and mentoring employees all while clearly determining and setting goals as well as expectations. Additionally, I enjoy working in customer relations, leadership, employee engagement, mentoring and learning in non-traditional, "hands-on" environments.
Strategic with regard to planning and execution of projects and tasks, I frequently use my previous experiences in the industry (along with a healthy dose of common sense) to determine the best outcomes for all involved with the desire to positively affect our employees, our customers and the business.
